RETURN POLICY

At On Point Basketball we want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with our apparel.

If you receive an item that doesn’t fit to your expectation, is incorrect or defective/damaged and you’d like to exchange it we’ll cover the return shipping to get you the correct product.

Please return the incorrectly sized, incorrect or defective; unworn item (s) within 15 days of the shipment to you. Please ship to:

Returns within 15 days will be refunded once we receive the product and will be in the form of the original payment used in the original order. (product and tax amount only)

Notes: Exchanges processed are always subject to availability and if the item requested for exchange is unavailable a refund will be processed as outlined above.

Returned/exchanged apparel must be in store-bought condition.
